Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
In the event of a cancellation, we offer a full refund if notified at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date. For tournament cancellations, a 20% administration fee will be charged.
Change of Plans
Should your plans change, you can modify your course dates up to 48 hours before the start of the program. Any changes made within 48 hours are subject to availability. A change fee may apply depending on the modifications requested.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of unexpected events or emergencies, we will assess each situation individually. We understand that certain circumstances may arise beyond your control, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and find suitable solutions to reschedule your padel experience.
